Dear guest, we are very sorry to know that you did not get the room you asked for, unfortunately as you have commented anonimously we do not have access to your reservation to better understand what happened. Anyway, we would have changed your room immediately had you asked for it once you finally found the room (we have only 10 rooms per floor, ordered per number of course, therefore we never saw the need to apply signs and this is the first time in 70 years of service that someone complains about it). Due to the Coronavirus regulamentations, we are no longer collecting the keys from the guests everytime they exit the hotel: that is why you were not stopped from our staff when you went to have dinner as it would usually have happened, but then you never came back to reception until the check-out and in a hurry, in a very busy moment. We are sorry for forgetting to remind you that your passports were still here in this only, brief chance of meeting you again, but the ride from the hotel to the airport lasts 5 minutes so that means we called you just moments after you left. And not "thanks to God", but to the very same service you consider not that hard to give (may we remind you that the hospitality industry has changed dramatically in this months of emergency, huge crisis and changing rules, and it's not easy as it could seem to adapt to it moreover with fewer staff). Dear Mr., even if you did not include your name we remember you clearly. We specified that the use of bathrobe and slippers was mandatory to use our SPA at the very moment of your check-in. Nowhere in your reservation was written that the use of he SPA was free of charge, even if it actually is: we just ask for the common standard of decency as well as the other SPA's of the world. We provide the rental service of bathrobe and slippers for Guests that does not wish to bring them from home, but of course this has an extra cost, a cost that in any case you did not pay: you and your family just entered the pool leaving your clothes all around the SPA, even if you knew that it was necessary to enter with the bathrobes (we specified that to you at the check-in, but there were also signs in the elevator, in the room, at the Reception and at the SPA door). We then brought the SPA kits directly to you, but when you ended your pool session you came to the Reception to claim that you did not have money to pay the kits, so you would not have paid them. And you did not pay them. There was no complain of underwear in the room, and we did not find any of it when you left: otherwise, we would have packed it in case you came back to collect it as well as we would have done with th Guests that came before you. Your family was of 4 adults (we do not consider people of 16 years old kids) and you did pay €23,75 per person (including breakfast), which is a price objectively very cheap for a 3 star Hotel. We would suggest you to book in a b&b for the next time, but you already paid a price which is low also for these facilites rates.
