"A beautiful beachfront location, with a very helpful staff. Pools are lovely, as is beach. Great sunset views to Singapore. The place is showing some age and they are doing updates. A great value at $50 US/night breakfast buffet included. Very close to Nongsapura ferry terminal with free shuttle."

"Nice cozy place with a nice beach view. Cannot go for a swim at the swimming pool after 5pm as there will be no lifeguard. No nearby food places besides the in house restaurant, which is pricey. Need to wait awhile for private hire as the place is secluded. Overall a pleasant stay, staff are very nice and friendly."

"The staff are excellent. They are helpful, patient, kind, smiling alot, always ready to help and look out for our needs. The buggy service is top of all. My sister has a bad ankle and can't walk distance. The buggy will come round and take us all the time. Never at any time think we were troublesome. Really appreciate the service staff! Note to management - there are molds on the top of the tent. May be good to treat that."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Sanchaya. The staff were all really super friendly and helpful. The staff would go out of the way to help. Thank you to the Sanchaya. One thing to be mindful of is that there are very limited dining options in walking distance of the Sanchaya so we ate most meals at the hotel which are excellent but you do need to allow for it in your budget. "Truth be told, the property is quite dated. However, they make up with excellent, friendly and authentic service. Staffs (Hotna, Wiwik, Gin etc) are very warm and welcoming and you could tell that they are very genuine. My family was initially not quite happy with the condition of the rooms but the Management was quick to change for us on the next day. Very proactive and attentive.
