We stayed at the Sanchaya for a weekend. It was my husband birthday. Everything was amazing. By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life!!! They gave us an early check in and late check out... they even bake a surprise cake for my husband... it was a big surprise even for me... They think in advance, their you by the first name... no words to describe how wonderful was our weekend at The Sanchaya.

Had a great experience but cautious due to lack of reviews. Everything is new and clean, great experience with well appointed-rooms, spacious toilets and great pool near the golf course. Soft opening meant some teeth problems, you may wait a short while to get service but once received, the staff are fantastic (i remember names Faris, Bagus, Rokky and manager Carmen) who made the stay great. Getting around Batam is so easy. Upon reaching batam ferry terminal, just walk out to the taxi stand and this man issued a ticket for 70k rupiah taxi towards grands i hotel (near to nagoya hill mall) and he used his walkie talkie to call for a cab and there was a cab in literally 2 seconds. it is faster than taking out your phone and searching for a grab lol. the hotel lobby is so grand, checking in took less than 3 mins. we got the keys, breakfast was from 6am-10am and the snack bar is...
