"The room condition is average. It will be good if there is a round of painting and also clean up the fridge, the kitchen as well as get rid of the ants in the toilet. The aircon is strong which is good. The kettle is working but take a long time to boil. The water pressure is good but the water heater can only provide moderately hot water. "Stayed in a suite room. Staff were courteous and location is walking distance to Nagoya shopping mall. Shortfall was lack of hand soap at the basin. None at the kitchen and the other toilet. Also TV remote control had difficulty in pressing, and no YouTube. Time to upgrade. Will be staying again from 31 Dec - 4 Jan. Hope to see improvement. Overall still better value vs homestay for the price paid."
