Hotel does not have elevator so I had to carry my baggage myself on narrow stairs to the 3rd floor in front of the hotel staff who did not offer any help. The internet did not work. the TV was very old and nearly damaged. The room had no view at all. The hotel corridors are very stuffy and no ventilation at all. The breakfast was the most frustrating in all this. you enter the restaurant, you sit on the table and they will bring a tray with exactly these items ( piece of french bread 3 in long, 1 croissant, a cup of coffee, a cup of milk, a glass of juice and small packet of better and another one for jam). That is all for breakfast. Then when I checked out, they refused to give me an invoice. they said because you booked online and did not pay the money to us. Most of these issues with the hotel could be solved if the hotel staff is friendly. they are the worst part of my stay.
