"Had an excellent stay in November 2026 where I was able to see the famous Alishan "Cloud Sea". Meals at the hotel were excellent, and staying overnight in the Alishan Recreation Forest gave me lots of opportunities to explore the different trails and enjoy the cool mountain air. The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable; special shoutout to one of the restaurant staff who was very helpful and provided useful advice about the hiking trails in the area, and allowed me to more easily find the trail for the Shuishan Giant Tree, an amazing sight. This was an unforgettable first time in Alishan, and if I visit again, will 100% stay at the Alishan Hotel. Google Translate: 十一月在阿里山酒店度過了一段美好的時光，期間我欣賞到了著名的阿里山「雲海」。 飯店的餐點非常美味，而且住在阿里山休閒森林裡，讓我有很多機會探索不同的步道，呼吸清涼的山間空氣。 飯店員工非常友善熱情；特別要感謝楊淑淨女士，她非常樂於助人，為我提供了許多關於附近徒步路線的實用建議，還幫我輕鬆找到了通往水山巨樹的步道，那裡景色令人嘆為觀止。 這是我第一次來阿里山，至今難忘。如果以後有機會再來，我一定會再入住阿里山酒店。"
