"Good unique property, very comfortable. Huge carpark infront of ship. Ferry service adjacent to ship allows for access to the pedestrian tunnel to walk to Het Park and Euromast (ferry runs 0700-1000 & 1345-1800). Able to walk to central Rotterdam (Cube Houses, etc) in about 45 minutes, felt very safe."

area was great. Food is good and breakfastbuffet had something for everyone. Rooms are fine - but if you are a clean-freak, then this is absolutely not the place for you. It is worn and tired, and whoever does the cleaning is super lazy - closet, bed, table - nothing is vacuumed under."

"Nice property with comfortable rooms. Missed the luxury mark by not having robes, slippers, or towels available in the wellness area. Towels had to be brought from the room, and robes cost 10 euro a piece. Bar upstairs only serves house cocktails and could not make a martini. "

"We book the hotel for a night only on our road trip. Booked 5 rooms for our group. Rooms were good size, clean, beds comfortable. In some of the rooms we found few insects but nothing to worry about or to hurt us. We were with 8 kids so dinner at the restaurant weren't an option as menu choices weren't suitable for them. The older kids enjoyed to play xbox at the lobby and the little ones spend a good time in the tiny kids indooor area. Outside area with the

Thai restaurant that is part of the hotel is awesome too. Really fun place to stay right next to the train station. Can't speak to the surrounding area as i did not go out. "

"The property is charming and conveniently located, the spa is wonderful, the front desk team is very pleasant, the room was nice, ac worked great (it was hot), bathroom only had a small shower which was a bit disappointing, small misses (tv didn't work and wasn't repaired and coffee wasn't refilled one day) made it not a true 5 star experience"
