"Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly."

"Wonderful oceanfront location. Walking distance to shops and local restaurants. Friendly checkin and room staff. Breakfast buffet and other menu choices at the restaurant were fantastic. Restraunt and bar manager was lovely and patient with my limited Italian language skills. Looking forward to returning to the Splendid. "

"We got a quiet room on the 9th floor with a great view of the ocean. Rooms could use some updating to meet the 4 stars the hotel claims itself to be but it was comfortable for our needs and the bathroom was decent. Their continental breakfast was a highlight and had a variety of pastries, savory buns, some hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, and a good selection of grains, fruits and drinks. The dining room was located on the top floor with a panoramic view of Palermo. There’s a rooftop swimming pool but wasn’t open in March. Location may not be ideal for travelers on foot but there’s free parking for the car inclined. I would definitely stay here again."
