"This hotel is clean, modern, and centrally located. The hospitality was truly lovely—everyone was friendly and attentive. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the bus and ferry, making it very convenient for getting around. The view is stunning, and everything feels fresh and new. One of the staff members went above and beyond—when I asked for coffee, he kindly brought it to my room since the breakfast room wasn’t ready yet. I had the best view to look out the window just off Via Lorenzo d’Amalfi, the main shopping. Highly recommend!"

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The receptionists were friendly and professional, and the valet team went above and beyond—especially when they helped us refuel our electric car. There were no EV charging stations nearby, so they made a special effort to ensure our car was fully charged and ready for us. That level of service truly stood out. The food at the hotel was another highlight. Every meal we had was delicious, with amazing flavors and top-notch service throughout our stay. The only drawback, and the reason I’m giving four point five stars instead of five, was the size of the room. It was quite small, and while I understand this is due to the building’s age and historic charm, it did feel a bit cramped. That said, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely return. Next time, I’ll make sure to request a larger room to make the experience even better! "
