" The size and facilities in the studio apartment were way beyond our expectations. The cleanliness of the whole complex was very good.The pool looked amazing but unfortunately we didn't pack our swim stuff! The bar and restaurant were really nice with a good range of reasonably priced food and drinks available."

"This was our first time back in over a year since under new management. We had the most lovely breakfast hamper in our room of yogurts , fruit ,museli , fresh milk , honey with tea coffee chocolate & juices. This was so much better for us personally as did not have to rush up to go down to breakfast in the morning giving us a much more relaxed approach to the day ahead . It was replenished if you put your sign on door next morning. I much preferred the layout of the bar area tables & chairs in the pub , and decorated tastefully Halloween . We booked a table in the restaurant for the evening and the food did not disappoint. Both hubby & I had the plentiful rump steak which was cooked on the grill to perfection . A short walk to Runton beach via public footpath from road . Can’t wait to come back loved our stay 10/10 !"

"My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze. I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future. This was a lovely stay and Richard is very helpful. I can recomment this B&B to anyone who is looking for a close to the centre/beach holiday in Cromer. I would hope to return again. Thank you Richard."

"Wonderfully refurbished and decorated apartment fitted with everything we needed. Nice touch having a selection of bathroom & kitchen essentials for the unprepared traveler. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is amazing for Cromer attractions."
