"Arrived with a very tired stroppy toddler and the receptionist was so helpful letting us check in once he was settled, let us access the room then check in

"My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze.
I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future.
