"Lovely tranquil grounds and lovely room. Service was very good as was the food. Perfect for a weekend of walking, swimming and sightseeing. Or just kick back and relax "
" Good location on the edge of town, convenient for the buses along the North Norfolk coast. Short walk into the town. Ample car parking on the street or in the yard. Room was not overlarge but was clean and had everything needed and the decor was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Continental type breakfast ample and varied. Altogether, a very positive experience and we would be happy to book again when we come to Sheringham."

"We stayed for one night with our children and our dog and the place was great, cleaned room and next to small garden which was a bonus for our dog, great quite place!"
"Very impressed with the overall experience of our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The studio rooms were very well equipped and had some nice touches like dishwasher and coffee machines. Even tea towels, filter coffee and washing up liquid included !! Decent warm pool and hot tub. Restaurant wasn't bad and reasonably priced. Would definitely come again. "
"Beautiful guest house in perfect location. Really friendly staff. Rooms are beautiful. Food is outstanding. Pool was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a wonderful weekend "
"My stay was comfortable, but due to regulations, the windows could only open 6 inches. I came on the hottest weekend of the year and the room was 25 degrees at night without a breeze.
I have suggested a fan for such nights in the future.
This was a lovely stay and Richard is very helpful. I can recomment this B&B to anyone who is looking for a close to the centre/beach holiday in Cromer. I would hope to return again. Thank you Richard."
"Wonderfully refurbished and decorated apartment fitted with everything we needed. Nice touch having a selection of bathroom & kitchen essentials for the unprepared traveler.
Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Location is amazing for Cromer attractions."
