"We liked the facilities for the most part, although the bed linens smelled like laundry left in the washer too long. The big downside is it is noisy. The doors don't really seal so as soon as people start leaving and the employees start cleaning, it is very difficult to sleep. Same at night. Any doors opening/closing or chairs being moved in another room are very noisy. There's often music playing loudly from the upstairs bar or the bar next door until late in the night. "Very comfortable and spacious room, with a small desk, 4 post bed with mosquito net, air conditioning and decent size storage room. Bathroom was nice too. Staff were very nice and friendly and helped with laundry, scooter rental and tours. Great location to Lipah beach with amazing snorkeling to see coral fish and turtles"

"Spent a week in the lovely seaside village of Amed. Look let's be honest this not your top notch fancy Hilton like villas but for a budget price you get amazing views, clean and comfortable rooms with A/C. The pools could use some love and updating but with the beach so close by who cares really. Super friendly staff who go that extra mile when asked nicely. All in all a lovely place to stay and great value all round"
