"When I got to my room the temp in my room was 87 degrees when I complained two hours later my room was still at 84 and when I was given a new room that room was 79 degrees I turn the air on and before switching rooms I was going to go grab a bite to eat I’m extremely sensitive to hot and cold makes me extremely sick and as I was climbing in my uber the attendant was rude and forced me to move rooms emediately and I had to pay for my uber and got really sick moving rooms then when I was done all restrants were closed and didn’t get to eat dinner. Was sick all night. Then when I went to talk to the front desk about how I didn’t get much sleep and I needed another night the employee said I couldn’t do anything until 11am and I had to be down at the front desk at 11 am sharp. He called my room at 11:03 and interrupted a business call with you need to be down here right now. When mind you my late check out that the night staff told me I could have was 1pm. They weren’t willing to give me a discount at first until I begged for it. The people around me were extremely loud and rude all night slamming doors and with getting I’ll from the extreme heat I was put back an entire week from work and my family emergency with my kids. When I was trying to sleep and get feeling better I had multiple interruptions from the staff and loud customers. When suggested that they do some training they said sorry can’t do that. Extremely dirty rooms eyelash extensions food all over floors. "

"We needed a simple place to stay and were satisfied for the price. Some aspects of the building were in disrepair. "

"Customer service was excellent the room wasn't to clean stains everywhere and the worst was we found two roaches one in the bathroom and one in the bed were my daughter was sleeping "

"Super comfortable bed, staff was really nice, layout of the room was great, they had wonderful black out shades on the main window - seriously the best I’ve ever come across because we love it dark when we sleep HOWEVER there is a small window next the main one and it only has blinds and there was so much light that came in from that it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was great, has an amazing shower that we loved. However the doors going into the bathroom are hard to open and close and you can’t do it quietly. So even though the bed was so comfortable it was hard to sleep between the light and anytime someone in my family went to the bathroom all of us were woken up. Which was a bummer because the hotel room is so close to being perfect haha. Breakfast was until 10am but they stopped making food by 9:30am and there was nothing left with the exception of the omelet station. So the omelet was a nice touch but we were bummed there was nothing else left. Maybe don’t say it’s until 10 if it’s not really? Overall it was a GOOD stay. I’d recommend if you are an early riser and don’t care about light coming in your room. "

"The rooms were very dirty. Outside areas had roofing that was falling apart. Breakfast was very sparse, most of the people in our party couldn't find anything and had to go get a different breaker. "
