"This place is a dive. The staff are rude the continental breakfast area looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. The rooms smelled horrible. The air conditioner didn’t work. The lady that checked us in was very rude she we couldn’t understand a thing she was saying. My boyfriend wanted to pay with his card, she no because his name wasn’t on the reservation. He was with me and she wouldn’t do it. Save your money from this horrible place."

"They have the best hotel breakfast I've had in Utah. Everything was clean, the food was fresh and well-stocked, and there was always plenty of variety. We keep returning because the property is accessible for my mom, who has difficulty with stairs and long walks. Although our usual two-bedroom suite was unavailable and we were initially assigned the wrong room, the front desk fixed the issue right away. I slept on the couch in the living area, which was surprisingly comfortable. The amenities were excellent, including a basketball court, 24-hour fitness center, convenient building access, and good security features. There were a few minor cosmetic issues, but nothing that affected our stay. Housekeeping also did an excellent job when we requested service. My only suggestion is to be mindful of your vehicle and belongings, as I noticed some marks on my rental car. Overall, this was another great stay with helpful staff, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and the best hotel breakfast in Utah. I would gladly stay here again."
