"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was helpful that we could get the room cool as we both really appreciate a cool room to sleep in. Both nights we both slept really well. The elevator is very, very slow. The breakfast was very basic. We opted to go out to eat breakfast the second day. Overall we would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and smiling, and some of the time helpful."

"Smack middle of campus. Ideal for touring UMass Amherst. You know where you are...the throw pillows and throw blanket on the beds were emblazoned with UMASS. Parking is not quite straight forward if you use GPS, but still easy to get to. Breakfast was a simple spread. Unfortunately, unable to adjust temperature of the room. There is no air conditioning in the room. I was told the building is central air?!"
