The customer service at this hotel was outstanding. The front desk and concierge were so helpful and the dining staff were also so good. The best service i have experienced at a hotel.

Amazing room and the most friendly reception! Also love the complimentary Cava! (Neat surprise) And fun city bikes we could use!

Checking in was a breeze. Location is about 7 minutes to Amsterdam Central which is a transit point for most of the touristy stuff. The staff are courteous, welcoming and reacted very promptly to a light issue I had in the middle of the night. He quickly removed the bulb as a workaround so that I can sleep, and finished fixing the issue when I was out the next day.

Small but very cozy room. Well equipped. Move view towards one is the canals. It was very cold outside, so I appreciated the warmth of the room. Beautiful decorated common areas. Friendly staff. Likely to come back

Such a great location and great service by hotel

Overall ok

Excellent location and service. Walkable to train station and Anne Frank house. Lots of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Delicious buffet breakfast. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Got all amenities we need from bath robes, slippers to decent hair dryer and all toiletries including hair conditioner. Also has Nespresso machine & kettle to make tea. Will highly recomm nd to friends & return for next visit.

Gibson guitars a valuable for rental, nightclub underneath the hotel, and a great view of Amsterdam. Hotel is right next to Amsterdam central station (a 1 minute ferry ride away) and is very convenient. Hotel is new and well maintained. Absolutely no complaints about my stay here.

This is a good value for money property in an excellent location. There's a small bar in the lobby which is quite cool (but could be even better with a better drinks selection). Would stay here again.
