"Staff was super nice. Upgraded my room from 2 doubles to 2 queens, no charge. Hotel itself is clean. You can tell it's older, but doesn't smell and provides its purpose. Continental breakfast provided in a large conference room. Took the shuttle to DL and back, which was about 10 minutes each way. Was able to leave my car for the day, no charge. If you're OK waiting for the shuttle to take you back to the hotel, it saves the parking fee at the park. Shuttle driver was very friendly and told us stories about himself and his family during the drive. For the price of the room and the included amenities, I would definitely stay again."

"Lobby was nice. Young lady at registration was pleasant...and that's all the nice things I have to say. Our room felt like they stopped caring. The motel 6 down the street feels luxurious compared to how rundown it felt. When did Sheraton brands stop caring? It used to be a premium name in the hotel business. At 8 AM, we received a startling evacuation order...only to find out it was nothing, yet no follow up message from staff that it was a false alarm. No bueno!"

"I am not sure how this place has an 8.2 rating. It his was very misleading. I show up for early check in and I am accommodated without a fee. I walk into the room and lock eyes with a cockroach NOT a dead one but alive. I walked out and requested another room. I walked into new room, dust in the walls, other people hair in the beds, mirrors distorting/like funhouse mirrors, mold in the shower. Do not recommend."

"would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the big bug in the bathroom on our last day. called front desk to kill it because it went under the sink area. they did come right away to take care of it but still a bug. also breakfast was the same all three days. location is great."

"The rooms are so nice and big! This room had a table with 2 chairs, there is a 3rd throne style chair, the TV stand has plenty of space to place smaller items on it. There is also a fridge and ice bucket in the TV stand. There are 2 luggage stands in the closet along with an Iron, ironing board and a safe. There are many outlets for charging but these are plug style not usb style charging areas. The ac was nice and cold. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. The staff is always so friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate all requests. Unfortunately, we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool but we did walk by it and there are a lot of chairs, tables and there are even a few cabanas. The pool area appeared clean and well maintained. The lobby area is always clean and decorated to perfectly suit the castle theme. We used the free shuttle to and from Disneyland and the shuttle drivers are always nice and accommodating. We didn’t eat at the restaurants this time but on previous trips the food has been delicious. It is very nice to have places to eat right in the hotel. If you bring your own meals, you can ask the front desk employees to use a microwave to heat up your food. They have a secured room with a microwave for the guests to use. We always enjoy staying at The Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel and will continue to stay here every time we are in town. "

"Incredibly clean rooms. Kind and informative staff. I can’t speak for the pool or amenities like that since I didn’t use them, but everything was tidy, organized, and best of all- quiet."
