"Staff was friendly. Our room was filthy! Lot of hair in shower area, wore white socks that turned bottoms grey/black, bedding was stained and sheets felt like sand (piling). Convenient and priced well below other hotels in area for walking to Disneyland."

"Our room was clean but would benefit from an upholstered chair with reading lamp. A table next to the couch would be welcome. The TV was hard to watch from the couch since the wall mount doesn’t allow positioning."

"We stayed for three days. It was great but upon check in, the front desk people were not friendly. During our stay the hotel key card stopped working for both keys and we had to get it rekeyed. The vibe is definitely different as most of the workers seem to not enjoy their job. The only people we encounter that had a positive attitude was the bellman and the cleaning people."

"The room had a broken couch so we had to sleep on the floor to accommodate our party of 6 registered guests. They only put 4 towels and when we requested the other 2 we were told to get them at the front desk because they did not have anyone available to drop them off. The carpet was so dirty that our feet were dark after walking barefoot."

"front lady that checked us in was rude and not helpful at all after i told her we stay there quite often she did not care the lady manager at the water park was really rude we moved are chairs a Littel back to get out of the sun and she ran over and told us all the chairs have to be in a line for emergency personal first of all there was no body there except for a block wall just really embarrassing all i can say is save your self the aggravation and stay some where else the fan in the bathroom was really weak hot water did not get hot enough. any fan in bathroom"
