"I don’t know what they use to clean but it left a bad odor in the hallways. Everyone was kind and very helpful. The loud parties on the roof for two nights was excessive"

"The room felt very outdated compared to previous stays. On past visits, we were placed in a remodeled room, but this time we were located in the back and everything appeared older and worn. At check-in, we were not given a parking pass, which made it difficult to get in and out of the property. Parking overall was very limited, and it was challenging to find a spot near our room. Housekeeping was also disappointing—no one came to provide clean towels during our three-night stay. I’ve stayed here before and had much better experiences, but this visit felt like a noticeable decline in both the condition of the rooms and the level of customer service."

"Perfect stay for a Disneyland trip. The facility was clean, had everything we needed and a close drive to Disney. They even send you off with a grab and go breakfast including a pastry, granola bar and fruit."

"I liked that its connected with convention center making it easy as a cheer mom going back and forth throughout the day will definitely stay here again"

"Not sure if this place was going through a remodel but everything was pretty dated and need to be cleaned throughout. The was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. The television was dated, the toilet barely could flush, the sink barely could drain. Screw missing on the lock, Peeling wallpaper. I could go on and on. One positive was that it was close to a lot of places to eat. If you can spend more for a better place to stay I would do that."

"Absolutely amazing, staff was very kind gentleman at the front desk welcomed us and took care of everything. He really went out of his was to make sure our stay was great. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip "

"We stayed for three days. It was great but upon check in, the front desk people were not friendly. During our stay the hotel key card stopped working for both keys and we had to get it rekeyed. The vibe is definitely different as most of the workers seem to not enjoy their job. The only people we encounter that had a positive attitude was the bellman and the cleaning people."
