"The hotel was good. Room comfortable. Bathroom ok. Staff very helpful and friendly. During the days we stayed at Divani Palace, there were daily heat warnings issued. Temperatures were beyond record highs. The air conditioner in the room did not cool lower than 23C. It was hot in the room. We called many times to request that the AC was fixed, but it never was."

"The whole hotel was great! We were well prepared that the surrounding area wasn’t so nice but the hotel more than makes up for that. Firstly the staff are so kind and helpful (helping us charge our devices when our chargers were packed away pre airport), checking in on us and being very attentive. The rooms we had (junior suites) were beautiful, spacious and had all the amenities you would hope for including a mini fridge. The pool area was a huge standout - it was meticulously maintained and we enjoyed it every day. Breakfast was outstanding too. The views were amazing, the staff were so friendly, the hotel was clean and quiet. First class stay!"
