"Ermass was a terrific option for us. A lovely hotel room for four nights with the added bonus of a kitchenette. Very convenient location quite near to the metro (both from the airport and to the sites) The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop area was lovely for a place to finish off the evening. The area was not brilliant, but we did not feel unsafe. Remember to support the wine bar outside the entrance - lovely owner. "

Livian was very helpful during my check in and provided me with good information about sites and directions. Nicole was friendly and provided great customer service. "We used Mitsus N'U as a springboard for a cruise. Easy to get to from the airport via the Metro, it's only 3 or 4 short blocks from the Metro station, and the desk got us a taxi to the port in the morning. Very clean, great staff, and a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. "
