"Staff was wonderful, parking was great. The property itself is severely in need of a refresh and a deep clean… the handicap shower head didn’t fit the bracket so you have to hold it or turn it off mid shower, there were stains on the bedspreads and mildew growing in the grout, the door cards worked on the 3rd or 4th try"

"Would not stay here again. Room was filthy had to be moved to yet another filthy room. No hot water. No lock on bathroom. Drawer broken wont close. Bed so noisy couldnt sleep. Lighting bad couldnt see. Pillows so small. NOT exaggerating the room was dusquisting. "

"We rented 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were infested with roaches. When we complained to the night manager, she was very nonchalant with her attitude and just asked for the keys back while saying they just had pest control come out!"

"This is an older motel that the owners have really fixed up. Rooms clean, beds new and clean, bathrooms redone and clean. Great little deck for sitting just outside your room. Fridge and microwave in room. Only downside—— no counter space in bathroom, one electrical outlet at beds, 1 dresser with tv on it so little counter space there. They need the tv on the wall to give a little more space. Beautiful spot on the river! "

A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."
