Breakfast room was sunny and well staffed with bread, eggs (boiled or scrambled), all kinds of cheese and meats, jams, honey, and several types of tea. "Room very clean and tidy with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were very nice and helpful bearing in mind that our German is very limited. Hotel is nicely situated with only a short walk in to town. Arnstadt has a beautiful old town centre with a great cafe opposite the Rathaus for afternoon coffee and strudel / ice cream sundaes etc . One of the few places open on Sunday. Nice place to stay for three or four days at least."
