Bella Beach - All Inclusive

"Beautiful hotel, very well located. At first glance, you might feel a bit of envy when arriving on site, as the hotel is surrounded by larger and more modern resorts. However, Bella Beach offers everything a family with young children could need. The buffet is exceptionally good, so in my opinion there’s no real need to book the à la carte restaurants. The only downside of our stay was a small issue with the air conditioning. That said, the staff is truly friendly, and I highly recommend this place."

"The most impressive was quality of food in buffet and the 3 restaurants. It's also perfect for families with kids. Cleaning was good, but missed some spots occasionally. The rooms are descent sized, comfy beds, bathroom was a bit small, but not a problem. What made stay great was that it was such a compact resort, but somehow they have "hidden the rooms" so it doesn't feel crowded. Beach is great, with plenty of chairs, pools the same. Amazing place for kids, as they kept meeting new friends, and parents could relax with a good overview pools and beach areas. Kids club had good opening hours and nice staff. Some staff members were excellent, some average, but they were all helpful with the kids. Food was beyond expectations. Top ingredients cooked very well. Exceptional value for money. What could be improved- Though most food was included, a couple of dishes needed extra payment. No roomservice was included in the Effortless package, but the ice cream shop was. There were 2 Wine lists, Effortless (all inc) + regular. The regular was available everywhere, the full effortless only in restaurants. In Bars only 3 wines, but all drinks included. Wine selection on effortless wine list could be improved, but a couple of good wines so no issues. Did not like shampoo and shower gel at all. Overall, for what we paid, we feel we received great value, our kid met so many new friends it was a great vacation for all. Will definitely be back."

"Property was fine for three days stay. Unfortunately, it was very busy and it was difficult booking restaurants and finding sun-beds. The resort was a little rundown but the staff was really nice."

"We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return. The resort was excellent, with several pools, beautiful grounds and a great location right by the beach. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to get food throughout the day and the food was varied, although generally just okay. The facilities were very good, with a well-equipped gym, spa and beauty salon. There are quite a few stairs around the resort, although alternatives are available. Some floors are slippery. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell during our stay and hurt my wrist, so this is worth being mindful of. The staff really made the experience. The restaurant staff were mostly amazing, especially Rafaela, Charis at Reception was wonderful, and the customer experience team were fantastic and very helpful. The only other issue was the bus service into town. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but I think it is something they should look into with the bus company. We were told the bus would bring us back to the hotel, but on our first trip we were dropped in the middle of nowhere and, with no taxis available, had to walk around 40 minutes. Reception were unable to assist when we asked for help. On the second occasion, the driver stopped around 15 minutes from the hotel, saying he didn't want to go further, despite us being told we'd be taken all the way back. Despite these issues, we had a great stay. I would recommend the resort and would happily return."

"We came when it was high winds so we were unable to use the beach. The pools were nice and the rooms were great. The food was ok. I wish there was a bigger variety."
