Honestly if you’re just looking for a cheap place to sleep it’s not horrible.. I payed for a room that was supposed to have a refrigerator but did not have one in my room. I wasn’t going to complain or say anything tho because the staff was nice enough to let me check out 1 hour later then check out time. The area is kind of shady tho.. a strange man was walking around asking my boyfriend to buy him a hotel room and it kind of creeped us out. Overall it was quiet and good conditioning. The tv hardly worked but it worked. Also 0 phones in the rooms to call front desk so you have to use your own cell phone.

The guy who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and a place to sleep. The shower was kind of small but it worked. It was much cleaner than the place we stayed in on the other side of Ann Arbor to following 2 nights. I'd definitely stay at the Red Roof again if I needed to stay in the Ann Arbor area again.

The room was not ready until hours after check in and it had crumbs on the counter when we did finally check in. The staff was friendly. The shuttle driver was great.

The hotel is clearly an older property. The room was mediocre however, it did look clean. It is located by the highway and has food options around. Other than check-in and checkout, I did not interact with any staff members.

Bed was comfortable. I thought I was getting an upgrade which I paid for. It was a handicapped room with worn furniture. The toilet had issues. Not staying there again

It was a fine stay, but they had no supplies; they were out of shampoo, tissues, and other necessities. Staff was kind and nice. Room was quite rust. It's a good spot for the price you pay.

The one staff member working both check in and check out was great. The room was fine. I just needed a bed for the night and a shower in the morning, so it served its purpose. I used points for the room, but probably would have been disappointed if I had paid the full price.
