Extremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel with my mother for a short trip, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and rude. Despite the hotel being nearly empty, the employees behaved as though we were an inconvenience, and their overall demeanor was unprofessional and even hostile at times. The facilities were subpar. The washrooms were small and uncomfortable. The rooms still use physical keys instead of key cards, which gives the hotel a very outdated feel. During breakfast, the staff would stand around watching us eat, which felt intrusive and unnecessary—especially since there were barely any other guests. We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but our experience did not reflect them at all. The location is far from everything, making it inconvenient if you’re hoping to explore or access basic amenities easily. When I asked for clean towels on the second day, the receptionist was dismissive and told me towels are only changed every three days. His tone was rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I would strongly advise others not to stay here. It was a disappointing, uncomfortable experience, and I regret wasting time and money on this place

the best bed&breakfast hotel in Side area, the hotel is renewed so rooms are new and comfortable with a balcony, friendly stuff, good location, just few mins away from side center by walk, nice big pool i really enjoyed swimming there and sunbeds are so nice, good breakfast, the bar is good also you should try nice cocktails there....

This property is luxury without being silly chain prices. It has a warm friendly feel but everything is immaculate. Large fluffy good quality towels to great food at the snack bar to very clean outdoor pool and grounds. Well located off the main rd so quiet but close enough to local buses/ shops. Keep up the great work belissima. We'll be back. Laura & roy.

Impeccable check-in, great breakfast, and affordable bar. The pool is paradise, and they offer a beach shuttle. But what makes it special is the family feel. It's owned by a charming family who treat you like one of their own. Can't fault a thing. It's a masterpiece in hospitality. Adding an extra layer of warmth to this already remarkable hotel is the family who own and operate it. A husband and wife, along with their five children and ever-present grandmother, as well as other extended family members, play an integral role in creating an atmosphere that feels like a second home. Every morning and evening, it was heartwarming to see them gather by the poolside. Their presence at meals not only showcased their genuine hospitality but also created a sense of togetherness that's rare to find in a modern hotel. It's moments like these, where you feel like an extended part of their family, that truly set this place apart and make it an unforgettable home away from home.

Die Betreiber des Hotels haben mich sehr nett empfangen, mir wurde alles genau erklärt sodass ich keine Fragen mehr hatte. Alle Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr sympathisch, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet abwechslungsreich. Für jeden etwas dabei. Mir hat es hier wirklich sehr gefallen!

2 günlük bir konaklamamiz oldu otel çok temiz heryee pırıl pırıl havuzu her gün gözümüzün önünde saatlerce temizlendi kahvaltıları kesinlikle mükemmel özellikle peynirleri bana çok lezzetli geldi herşey yeterliydi kendisine ait bı beachi varmış makara isminde biz gitmedik ama eminim oda güzeldir personel güler yüzlü yemeğimizi yedik sigara içerken daha masalarınız temizleniyor biz memnun kaldık şişede tavsiye ederiz.

Horrible hotel really dirty and unclean. Felt sick staying there so stayed out most days! When I booked it had great reviews but recently this place has turned bad! Would avoid for this price you can definitely get a better hotel Staff are unhelpful no information at all on arrival. When coming you see so many signs with what is not allowed in the hotel- you can’t bring food and drink but not given any water by the hotel which is absolutely crazy in the hot weather Only helpful person was a lady with dark hair who worked some night shifts.
