The hotel is small but has all the amenities (even a pool!). The room was large and comfortable. The hotel staff was really helpful with outlr requests for taxis or local information

Great choice for a stay in Kaleici
I stayed a couple of times in Kaleici, Antalya, & both me & my boyfriend agreed that Urcu is the most pleasant hotel of all we tried out (all were aprox.same category). Quiet, comfy, nice big rooms, very clean & great location. We will be glad to come again

Good location in the old town close to Hadrian’s Gate. Room was a good size and smart. Sometimes hot water did not come on in the shower.

Urcu Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Kaleici or the Old Town of Antalya. It was quiet and quaint with a wonderfully relaxing swimming pool. The room was very clean and air conditioning worked great. The breakfast buffet in the morning is adequate. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good place, super clean and superb location
We had a triple room which was very big and comfortable, the cleaning was above any expectation, service is also very good any the personnel including the owner just want to help, very nice breakfast and the pool was clean and good, kids and us like that very much. Hotel has good location and close to everything you need like a shops, all night life, restaurants, bazar BUT in a quiet corner so there in now much noise from the bars which are 5 min walking.

Ok stay in great location
The room was ok, spacious but very simple no frills. Very good location. Close to Hadrian’s Gate. Breakfast was average and pool was smaller than expected. Overall no real complaints

Avoid this Hotel
On the positive side, this hotel is beautifully located in the historic old town ,known as Kaleici, close to a lot of places of historical importance, .as well as the many bus and tram stops. The hotel interior is dated and requires a facelift. My en suite urgently required an upgrade. The breakfast offered by the hotel was boring and underwhelming. No toast, no proper juices, cold buffet and kitchen staff who barely spoken any English. On two occasions, there were nasty stains on so called clean towels. Twice during my stay, there was no hot water

Nice hotel in the heart of Kaleici
Since our time in Antalya was limited we wanted a central location - in Kaleici. We had some difficulty finding the Urcu Hotel (Kaleici is not car-friendly). When we arrived the staff greeted us warmly and were eager to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated a dip in the pool after a long day of travelling. The room was spacious, functional and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast on the pool-side terrace.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful people
My new husband and I stayed at Hotel Urcu for part of our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful and keep the facility immaculately clean. The pool was lovely to use on the hot hot days as was the great air conditioning. We really enjoyed our time at Urcu and would absolutely go back if we are ever in Turkey again.

This was a great hotel with great service. The only thing I missed was water in the pool, which was suposed to come a mounth later. I really recomend this hotel. It's small and quiet with lovely rooms. :)

Nie wieder URCU Hotel
Auf den Bildern sieht alles gut aus, leider war die Realität anders. Das gebuchte und bezahlte Frühstück gabe es nicht! Zimmerreinigung, Handtuchwechsel ein mal in den 8 Tagen. Zuhause machst du doch auch nicht täglich sauber war die Antwort des Managers!!! Hellhörig im Haus und auch von draußen konnte man jedes Wort hören. Schimmel im Bad an den Fugen und der Decke.

Super bra läge, lugn gata
Hotellpersonalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga även om att alla inte pratade engelska. Rummet var mycket rent och stort. Tyst var det också. Kände oss trygga. Kunde lämna resväskorna kvar i 14 timmar när vi var på utflykt innan nattflyget hem. Samt kunde låna security boxen också. Internet fungerade bra. Läget var perfekt. I gamla stan nära till allt. Också lätt ta spårvagn till stranden och nära Nirvana travel service som ordnar jätte bra utflykter.
