"This hotel is in the heart of old quarter of Hanoi. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The hotel is very clean, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast buffet provides the best food. We stayed 6 nights and highly recommended."

"The staff was amazing, they made sure we had all we needed at all times. Our room (Panoramic) was amazing, very large, comfortable bed, clean, ceiling fan!!! with the view of the Dragon Bridge,(Dragon show on weekends 9pm) The location was centrally located, walking distance to pretty much anything you need. Including a mall right behind the hotel. Make sure to hang at the rooftop pool later in the day for a good breeze/view with a specialty drink. Not far from the beach/restaurants/shops so make sure to exchange your $$ at your local bank before arriving because cash is king here, not to many places take cards including taxis. I would suggest to download Grab its there version of Uber. We used Grab to go to the Hand Bridge(Golden Bridge) in Sunworld Ba Na Hills. This is a must experience if your not scared of heights or scared of small spaces, bright a jacket with a hood. "

"This is a wonderful hotel In a good central position for sightseeing and also restaurants and bars. The buffet breakfast was very good with a choice of both Vietnamese and Western food. The staff were friendly and efficient. A special thanks to the vivacious Ms Yen who welcomed us with Afternoon tea engaging in good humorous conversation with her excellent fluent English and advising on good orientation of Saigon - she was a real breath of fresh air and a credit to the ethos of this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel."
