Staff doesn’t speak English, even if you have a complaint they don’t understand you. There is no supervision in the cafeteria or around the pool area. The room cleaning is very sloppy, they even forgot to change the bedsheet. When you call for something they are not responsive. The food in the cafeteria is not the best and a lot of flies all over. The facility is not bad but the service is horrible for a five star hotel.

Hotel is good. Great staff. However, poor internet connection in the hotel. Unless you have good roaming plan, you will suffer from internet connection. Went to a cafe next door, they didn't offer internet connection.

The pictures on the site do not reflect the nature, in the nature the place is very beautiful and clean, the treatment was excellent.

It was an all inclusive hotel which is very suitable for family with kids. We had a great stay and extended it longer

Very bad experience
Our stay was not very good, we asked for 2 rooms , and when we checked in they convinced us to take family room because they were fully booked,so we accepted… but the room was very dirty … the bathroom was used, the balcony window was full of finger prints, i found gum in the floor and above of all the room smell was very bad my daughters couldn’t sleep … the receptionist charged me 200$ More and when I confronted him he said it’s currency’s difference , so after arguing with him and making the calculations so many times, he returned the 200$ back. In addition the food quality is very bad, the staff are very rude .

Beautiful modern hotel, staff goodhearted, but need some training up to hotel rating, including language capacities. Location not optimal for top seaside holidays. Overall fine.

Customer Service was awful, Staff are rude. Wi-fi and Internet speed is very poor. All buffet food are now served by Staff Often 1 person manning 2 stations leading to long queues and wait time.

Bad experience
The hotel charged me extra day which I did not stayed. The hotel food service was not good at all, no options available, I had to eat outside most of times. Holiday was not what I expected as everyone trying to charge more for tourist.

dear sır, we never charge any amounth that guest did not stay.it is not true.as you book hotel you see that our reservation system in Expedia non-refoundable.it means you make reservatıon but if you cancel your reservatıon or you come late about one or more days later you pay hole amount to hotel at the reservation dates.about the meals that you wrote also not true .most of the guest are happy about meals.as you know any hotel can make the guest %100 happy about everything.but we try to make happy much of the guest during their holidays.we think we give good services , meals , drinks , entertainment shows ext.

The hotel itself was excellent including the room, cleanliness, facilities and food but the old man on reception who didn’t speak much English had a bad attitude and refused to help me. He told me he couldn’t see my reservation and that the family suite I booked was not available. I showed him a print out of my confirmation booking email from Expedia and he still said he couldn’t help me. After 3 hours of going back and forth with him and Expedia he left and I had to explain the whole situation to a different member of staff. She was much more helpful even though she took her time also. I was not compensated in any way for the mix up and delay.

Unable to speak english ..
Staff spoke very poor English for a five star hotel was not good enough.. staff was rude and miserable! Room was not made up most of the time. No clean towels in the room. Had to phone reception for towels twice out of four days and overall to communicate was very hard which was very frustrating.

First of all, the common area and hallway were very hot. No air condition. It was frustrating. Second, i got general rash and itching. I treated as scabies.my room was désinfected the day I left. I think the room needed before giving me . It was the reason it was on sale. I am not happy and I am not coming back again.

Overall, the stay was pleasant - especially since the hotel was very empty. However, the hotel lacks 5 star service when it comes to making sure the guests are happy. English is also a problem as there were only a few people who were actually fluent. Also, one of the bathroom's door wouldn't lock and the telephone line and plug sockets were un-usable. Apart from this, the hotel has a good range of activities, the shower was amazing, beds were changed daily and rooms were cleaned very well. The hotel has a nice spa with very well trained masseuses. Would go there again but wouldn't expect the 5 star service.

Wind of Lara is a new build Hotel in Kundu Lara staff were friendly very clean Hotel indoor and outdoor pools are lovely. I recommend it to everyone.

Good place and poor service
The place is nice and the food also but the staff not that friendly, they were about to charge me for extra payment for the mini bar which was only drinks and they thought we got the nuts and chips, the place overall is ok

After my 1st day, I brought to the attention of the front desk that I was unhappy with the towels and not having enough toilet paper and that the showers could flood...I was told that they will take care of it. When I came back, to my surprise, nothing was done, they didn't even clean or made the bed....I didn't say anything. The next day the bathroom flooded...I packed my bags and checked out of the hotel.

Lovely hotel
Beautiful hotel inside. Clean tidy, friendly staff. All went above and beyond. The food was lovely when I found something I liked. BUT I am extreamly fussy. However there was a LOT of choice.....Meats fish salads sweet coming out of your ears.....It's no wonder Turkish have big bellys!! I would go back......

Good facilities at the hotel, 10 minute walk to the beach or shuttle bus but good facilities on your private all inclusive beach when you get there. Not many English people around but this was not a problem.

No sea view. Far from sea.
The hotel is really far from sea. No sea view at all. Unlike the pictures on the website. No shuttle bus at all. Expensive transfer from airport. Other than those it is clean and contemporary hotel.

Das Essen war sehr schlecht die Zimmer wurden nicht vereinigt wenn man abends vom Strand kam sah das Zimmer immer noch genauso aus wie am Vortag. Von der Reinigung der Zimmer bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Animation war super dafür gibt es eine sehr gut.
