Buffet area (breakfast) personnel need to provide faster service. We wanted a spice sauce and had to ask 4 different people and it took over 5-7 minutes. Other than these two things, the place and overall service was great! "

"Having 9 options to choose from for breakfast -which is delivered to your room and is included in the reservation was my fav perk! We also got a nice room upgrade because the Hotels.com VIP status (first time we got this upgrade). Carolina from customer service was very attentive to details. Blue Suites service is one of the best I've experienced at Hotels in Medellin. This hotel is best value for the money. Will come back. "
