The towel quality is really poor. The bathroom was not cleaned in two days until we complaint to the front desk. The breakfast and restaurant were fantastic. The location is super walking distance to the el Tesoro mall (on top)

Our experience was awesome! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a Jr. Suite, which was perfect for our 5 night stay. The restaurant on the rooftop is great, and breakfast was delicious. Some evenings, we went up to the bar for some cocktails, which were very.goos. Uber/taxi were easy to find and reasonably priced. Tons of bars and restaurants closeby, and a huge mall attached to the hotel/parking garage.
