Hotel is in a great location. The area is safe, many things are within walking distance. Hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast adequate. My room 909 had a beautiful view and was clean. Shortcomings were the stained towels, and the need for quality pillows for a good night’s rest. Overall, it was a good stay.

Beautiful pool where you can order drinks and food. The food was great! We ate twice at the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. The hotel is In a great location close to poblano park, but is quiet as not in the man area. They also kept our bags safely in storage while we did a two day rafting trip. I would highly recommend!!

Centrally located to many restaurants, 2 parks, and a large mall. The staff was friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. The only criticism I would mention is that the towels provided seem really old and overused. Overall we had a good experience.

Nice staff, always helpful and polite. Location is great, pool was nice, breakfast is excellent. Clean room, clean sheets and towels. Toilet was not clean, you could see it was wiped down but not clean and fresh.
