I was here solo for business and stayed five days so I had to make use of a lot of their amenities and was constantly calling on the concierge and the front desk. Every staff was so attentive and well trained, amenities were incredible, room was so spacious and beautiful, bedding was comfortable and luxurious, the lobby bar and lounge was breathtaking,,, can't say enough good things about this place. The location was incredibly convenient—just steps away from Lotte Department Store DFS, Myeongdong Shopping District, and subway stations that made exploring Seoul a breeze.
