"Though rural it was not too far from areas we were visiting. It was very traditional and had old features which we liked very much. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly at reception and in dining room especially Raffaello. "

"The photos do not do this location justice! It is even more beautiful. I usually stay in Tuscany but now Umbria is at the top of my list. Besides being elegant, comfortable, and super clean, Borgo Pulciano Agriturismo is very affordable! It is super pet and family friendly. It also has probably the best breakfast I have ever had in Italy! And there are 2 pools! Absolutely the best! "

"Gorgeous location looking high over the countryside of Gubbio. The on site restaurant was delicious. Loved the shaved truffles and cream sauce pasta. The
pool also provided a nice refreshing dip after the heat of walking around Gubbio (though the required disposable swimming cap was a bit odd). "

"Nice clean place for an overnighter. Also very close to the medieval town of Montone (walking distance) which is wonderful. Overall it was an average stay for us, but we are very picky people and enjoy unique properties. Bed was comfortable, room was sparkling clean, and the AC was firing on all cylinders!"

"Room was a bit in a need of maintenance and not well cleaned. The reception staff were a bit slow and not very accommodating. All messages sent in advance of arrival were withered replied with delays or not at all. Our check-out was set for 11:00h but the receptionist insisted we should be leaving by 10:30h as there was a private hire on that day. I have showed her the check out details on my booking but all I got as a reply was “Yeah we need to update the check out time to 10:30h on the platform.”
For people willing to sleep in and catch the last half an hour of the breakfast there is not much choose left and staff are not really good at replenishing the items that were finished by the earlier guests. There was no eggs, no bacon, not much juice and so many other things missing.
Do not disturb settings on the door screen was ignored and staff entered the room whilst we were in to ask if they can tidy up the room.
Air conditioning system not really sufficient for 35 degrees heat and super loud if you leave it on at night when you sleep even on the lowest setting.
Overall I don’t think I will be staying with the Tenuta again.
