"The staff seemed slightly overwhelmed at the front desk every time we needed anything (and there was never anybody at the concierge desk), but when we checked. in, there was an obvious ploy to get us to upgrade to a more expensive room than the one we booked- saying thy didn't have any more non- smoking King rooms available, but thy could either put us in a smoking room with two queen beds or we could upgrade. When I asked to speak to a manager , the room we reserved was suddenly available. C'mon. It made a shady first impression. "

"Probably perfectly fine for a quick vacation or party, but it's a little worn out. Rooms very noisy. Again, perfectly fine unless you're there for a conference or something and want a quiet, dark room and intend to sleep normal hours."

"I checked into this hotel/resort April 23 got to my room sitting on the bed I started itching from something biting me on the bed I called downstairs to housekeeping housekeeping showed up to the door with two blankets, pass them to me and said that I can put them on the bed. Did not get hot next I start feeling really lightheaded and dizzy My best friend had the same symptoms, lightheadedness, and dizziness. I immediately called downstairs. Ask if they have a carbon monoxide detector room 3712 I was told that no, they don’t I was moved to a different one thank goodness I took fast action with that situation because that could have turned out of different way. No one from management never apologize for the inconvenience you may want to think twice before you book this place."
