"Loved the room"

"While the hotel was very nice and the room was clean there were a few things that were less than satisfactory. After paying for “everything” online we were charged a $68 fee when checking in; $18 of that being for parking. Paying a parking fee is ridiculous to me after already paying $260 for the room itself. The additional $50 we were charged at check in was for god knows what. The food at the restaurant inside the hotel was very mediocre and overpriced. I wouldn’t mind paying $150 for a nice meal, but this was not that. Additionally, being charged $23 per person for breakfast is outrageous. Breakfast should always be included with your stay. The only complaint I have about the room is the pillows. Typically hotel pillows are super nice and firm, but their pillows were very soft and flimsy! You would need about 4 pillows to sleepy comfortably! Overall our stay was ok, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again for future visits. "

"Perfect location for Gatlinburg. Couch in room needs to cleaned or replaced. Otherwise room and service was excellent."
