Busy enough no to look at your eyes during check in or welcoming to the hotel. Our first time in TN I was expecting more welcoming experience. The stay was good otherwise.

Deer Ridge Mountain Resort
Beautiful view from our balcony and the community deck. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our unit (D302) was clean but in desperate need of updating (couch was broken, fans wobbled, paint peeling, etc).
