"The service was superb. Rataj Abutaleb, Reception & Shabaan were outstanding helping me in every single way from calling Taxis to bookings. Shabaan always alert to do whatever was needed to make my stay enjoyable and they succeeded. Can’t be better assets for the hotel!"
