"Amazing staff and experience "

"9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). Merci au personnel qui fait son max...

"Place was beautiful…it was sketchy in the beginning when we were looking for the place…once we found it’s it opened into an oasis…. Pool was relaxing and the food scrumptious… beds were comfy… keep windows close … bugs fly in.. no screens"

"Très bon accueil malgré notre arrivée très tardive. Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). Tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour, l'équipe est formidable, petite mention spéciale pour Mohseen au restaurant qui est vraiment au petit soin pour les clients. "We arrived a little early, but the staff welcomed us and got our room ready quickly. The view from our 1st floor room was fabulous. The swimming pool and the surrounding areas were well maintained. There weren't many guests when we were there, but it wasn't an issue at all, as the staff were there and looked after us very well."
