"The room was not clean, specifically the carpet looked like it was never vacuumed. The pillow was very very soft it hurt my neck and I could not sleep, and when I called reception they sent someone from housekeeping with a medical pillow and I asked for two memory foam but he said we only have one medical pillow all other memory foam pillows are out of stock "because we have many guests", I called the reception again and they sent another person who came with the exact soft neck damaging pillow we had in our room and tried to convince me its the only pillow available, finally I called once more and they just ignored me. Talk about five stars service. On another point, the smell of the bathroom from the moment we came to the moment we left was extremely bad and when I told a person from housekeeping he just sprayed a very harsh smell to hide it and that caused my family to cough for hours and the smell came back within hours. This same person was also very strange and I didn't feel safe around him always lingering around us and that made me feel unsafe. Finally the breakfast and dinner menu is almost the same especially breakfast. For diner it's basically the same, everyday they cook so much chicken which I hate. The buffet staff are always unhappy and in breakfast the Indian guy at buffet doesn't speak English or arabic so I had to have a translator explain to him my omelette order. Below average service. Must invest in people and training them to hospitality excellence."
"Hi , overall good experience , very close to all areas and start point of umrah entrance. I would like to point out limited Asian breakfast options given the fact that majority of the customers are from this continent. I would suggest paratha, arabic egg paratha , and asain style curry. If it is done jn medina hotels than it can be done in here as well where there is more physical exertion and a hearty breakfast would keep the day going without the need of frequent snacking.
Secondly staff does not smile , in our deen its also Sadqa, why dont they smile when they greet new guests. Overall would again jn same hotel its well kept and clean place. 👌 "
"Beautiful experience. The view from our hotel room was stunning and the atmosphere was perfect . Very convenient walk to the holy mosque. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection. "
