"We were only able to stay one night, but would have been happy to stay many more. Clean and well set up. The unit we stayed in didn't have a view, but the mountain still felt like it was *right there* when you stepped outside. Would definitely stay again."

"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English which was an unexpected bonus to make my life a little easier. The room was huge with a comfy bed and pillows, and the shower was strong and hot. There is a Mt Fuji viewpoint on the roof but it was too cloudy to get a view while I was there so I can't speak for how good it is. Proximity to Fujisan Station is excellent, very convenient for travel options around Yamanashi and to Tokyo by both bus and train. "

"This is a great hotel near the Mt Fuji train station, their included breakfast was our favourite of our entire Japan trip. My only note would be that it was a little disappointing they were unable to accommodate luggage storage overnight for us as we climbed Mt Fuji for one night and the train station nearby doesn’t have a lot of large lockers so it left us scrambling on our holiday to figure that out. Additionally, this area feels more residential and the more touristy area is near Kawaguchiko train station. "
