"The staff are outstanding and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for my father who is on a wheelchair. Hotel and food are both fabulous. Looking forward to the hotel after refurbishment. Hope to stay there again next year."

"Loved our stay. It’s next to the largest mall Lulu mall and offers buggy service. The staff prateek( from utttarkhand) in the breakfast looked after us so well - incredible service and displayed Marriott hospitality- went out of the way to serve us. The pool was excellent and so well maintained and spa service is highly recommended- the gym trainer was excellent. Overall 5 stars. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Vivanta Ernakulam. The staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The food at both the restaurant and the bar was absolutely delicious, with great variety and quality. "The food was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. I had some problems with the room. Lights were complicated and the shower was tiny. The best part of this hotel was the staff in the Indian Restaurant. They were a delight. I’ll be back in Kochi and may not stay there again but I would go and eat there anytime. "
