"Top notch hotel in the heart of downtown Asheville! Absolutely amazing front desk and overall staff. Truly a gem of a place that Iโd highly recommend! The grove arcade and essentially all of the major areas of downtown are within a 1 mile radius. Great views of the mountains and a solid gym as well! There are so many nearby parking areas as well if you donโt want to pay the valet cost."

"Very good location, although can be difficult to enter or exit. Breakfast. Styrofoam dishes, cheap plastic utensils. We were there for 4 nights - breakfast was identical each morning:. Scrambled eggs with green flecks, dried up sausage patties, no bread or toast or muffins. The diy waffles are a great idea and tasted pretty good. After two mornings, we went out for breakfast, even though breakfast cost was included with room rate."

"The property is very dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was low. Parking was kind of a mess as the lot is tight. But the location was great and it suited our purposes and the price was great!"
