"Extremely friendly staff"

"To get to the property we had to phone the hotel so they could raise the impediment in the middle of the road to get in. Once in, we were guided to the property by the front desk thru a series of very narrow roads - which i did not like."

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception, pool, and restaurant all closed at 19:30 or 20:00, which was a bit disappointing /inconvenient. The mini fridge in our room was not functioning. Other than those minor complaints, our room was lovely, the views of horses were wonderful, and we enjoyed the on-site horse show. "

"A clean and modern hotel with excellent location to Arles. Perhaps not walkable to the town, but close enough for quick access. Property feels safe and secure with a gated parking lot access. The room provides basic overnight amenities for an adequate stay. Complaint is related to the lack of ventilation in the room. The toilet room has no vent fan, nor does the shower room. "Very nice hotel with a modern relaxed feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is situated just outside the town, and it takes 10 min to walk to town. Camargue is a great place for biking and running. Our room was clean and nice. The staff gave us good advice on restaurants in town. The town is quite touristy, but the beaches stretches out endlessly and if you bike (or walk) a little you will find a nice and quiet spot. Arles is only 30 min away by car, we went there to check...
