"The toilet didn't have a hook, apart from one holding a handtowel. Further, the kitchen was not fully equipped for cooking. No microwave , nor washing liquid or tea-towel or paper-roll. It was a bit chilly, but there was no central heating either. Not very happy with the hotel. I don't think I'd recommend it to anybody. "

"Lovely staff rooms and areas clean. Could do with some updating around indoor gym pool areas. No indoor pool available. Gym equipment useable but needs a bit of a spruce up. Hotel shop limited! Need more supplies for self catering. The nearest shops require a car to get to. This is my 3rd visit and i will go back again."

It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it easy to feel at home right away. "Staff were really friendly and polite. Especially the lady at the bar who gave me a complimentary hot chocolate. Breakfast buffet was lovely, staff answered our questions and were helpful. Room was clean and big, only downside was it was really warm at night but we were given a fan which was helpful. The toilet was difficult to close/lock but it was fine as we are family sharing the room."
