"We arrived at 10.30 am. Both apartments were ready and we were able to check in right away which was very good of them as we had children with us. "

"Hotel is fantastic. Super chilled and such a restful experience. Dont need to reserve loungers there are usually plenty. Pools are a little on the cold side though. We had a swim up suite and it was huge. Only downside was ours didnt have a terrace at the pool it was at the front and not private where our loungers were. Otherwiae a fantastic stay."

"Can only praise the efforts of management and staff to ensure everything goes well on holiday. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable . Only one wardrobe with limited shelf storage which was a problem. We used the adult only facilities for dining and for pre and post meal drinks. The food was varied and tasty but disappointed not to see a strawberry offering!! Not a problem with Sun loungers around the adult pool although there was always those early risers reserving beds with towels before going for breakfast. We upgraded to all inclusive plus giving daily access to the a la carte restaurant and the adults only bar. Nothing more to pay on the premium drinks and the measures are more than generous. Cocktails are available and freshly prepared. Entertainment in the evening was ok but a bit more suited to younger children. This hotel is situated only 10 minutes by taxi from the airport at a cost of €13 and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Can recommend for both families and couples. "

"Great location, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Unfortunately the gym wasn't great, loads of stuff not working / missing from what was shown in the photos. And my mother's air con didn't work for 2 days, but she was then moved to a very nice room as soon as possible. We'd stay there again :) "

"Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals. "

"Staff were all so lovely. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious. Very close to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Never used the pool as could never get a sunlounger, but this didn’t take away from us having a lovely stay. "

"Super clean hotel room, generally nice staff, I booked a half board stay for 6 nights Food is not bad - buffet style however I wish I had more chances to go out into town for local food! This resort is farther away from Costa Teguise town centre but it's fit for purpose of my trip - to unwind and stay away from hustle and hustle. Other hotel guests are generally nice (without people who go crazy loud at night, etc.) Good facilities, pools, gym, a full schedule of activities every single day. Will stay here again next time I come to Lanzarote!"
