"El hotel muy limpio el personal muy atento pero pedimos habitaciones en la planta de abajo pues llevábamos gente con discapacidad y no hay elevadores , el desayuno muy rico pero sin servicio al cuarto ,y no hay estacionamiento aunque tuvimos que dejar la camioneta en la calle todo está muy seguro y nos hubiera gustado las albercas juntas y no una pasando la calle igual que el comedor todo lo demás muy recomendable, nosotros volveríamos a este hotel"

"The only issue I encounter was the plunge pool we had in the room. It always seemed dirty. The fact that there is a beach in front of the hotel is nice but not useful, the beach is not good to swim in specially when you have kids so the premium paid for that is not worth it. Even though I did not have a inclusive package I paid for a luxury room with plunge pool, it did not feel like I was noticed much, restaurant staff did not really paid attention to us. On the other hand the valet parking was amazing"

"We had a great time at this property. Everything is centrally located and easily accessible. Staff was great. There were a couple annoyances like being solicited to right after I checked in. That was tacky! Also being followed back to my room to pay for a dinner because I had to pay immediately after for any additional services or charges. That’s why hotels collect credit cards but these folks don’t do that, other than that this was our favorite and #1 rated hotel in Huatulco. Las Rivas was 2 and Secrets came in at 3"

"Overall, the hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing getaway. Most of the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, with the exception of one employee working behind the coffee bar. The food was typical of what you would expect at an all-inclusive resort—decent, but not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at the Cin Cin restaurant. The waiter was rude, and the food quality was poor. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. The resort itself was enjoyable, and we appreciated the clean facilities and excellent service from most of the staff. The only other area that could use improvement is the quality and selection of the alcohol offerings."
