"Staff was friendly and this is in a great location "

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"Very nice. Property clean. Well organised parking space available. Very helpful and kind. Couple would be for sure recommending that specific place, but be sure if you're going to explore the south of France and other surrounding areas. It's a must have a car, especially if you're staying in UTELLE"

"Location is excellent, kitchenette facility & laundry were 2 requirements for me and worked well. The hallway carpets are in dire need of replacement. Too many dogs for my liking."
