"Large spacious room and friendly staff with excellent English. Hotel was a short walk into the historic district and we appreciated the large car park on site (decent sized spaces for those with larger cars). "

"Nice quiet area. Lots of parking. Staff spoke limited English which was great for me to practice my limited Spanish! Breakfast was good and the evening restaurant was a good price. "

"Lots of space in old town area. Not sure why but the ventilation in the bathroom and drains was poor and there was a smell that would not leave"

"Check in was very slow. After a long drive you don't want to be editing around. Then when I got yo the room the door key hadn't been programmed properly so the floor wouldn't open. Back to reception to get it sorted"

"Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "
